Sissi is a Finnish Infantry unit in Steel Division II.

Finnish Sissi are special light infantry units specializing in recon, sabotage, guerrilla fighting, and other asymmetrical warfare methods. With a long and proud history of bushwhacking dating back to the 17th century, Sissi units were also widely used by Finland in World War II. Organised on an ad hoc basis during the Winter War, these units were disbanded and reorganized as independent battalions to use against Soviet forces in long range recon and raids.
Ryhmä Raappana were able to call on two elite long-range reconnaissance patrols from the 1st Division.
