SPW 204 is a German Recon unit.

SPW 204(f) is a captured Panhard 178. The German army like their French counterparts used these Armored Cars in reconnaissance units in Operation Barbarossa.
352. Infanterie during the retreat toward Paris had Sicherungs-Regiment 1 attached. Sicherungs-Regiment 1 had 12 to 14 SPW 204(f) including some SPW 204(f) CDM.
