[[91. Luftlande]] had Artillerieregiment z.b.V. 621 attached which had a battery of SFH 396(r) on each Artillerie-Abteilung 456 and 457.

In [[16. Luftwaffe]]'s Luftwaffe-Artillerie-Regiment 16's 7, 8 and 9 Batteries were equipped with this Artillery Piece.
