The Lw-Pionier, though disheartened, are valuable units, as their phase A ability makes them useful for seizing important towns and forested positions early in the game, which can then be fortified with the 16. Luftwaffe's excellent AA guns. Otherwise, they function like any other Pionier, useful for 100m engagements more than any other range.
