AB M3 Gun 37mm is a United States Anti-tank unit.

M3 was the first American Anti-Tank gun fielded by United States forces in numbers. These anti-tank guns had issues with mid-war tanks. Airborne Command had issues with 57 mm M1 in the summer of 1943 claiming its unfitness for airlifting and still have M3 37mm on Table of Organization and Equipment. The 377th Parachute Field Artillery Battalion had originally a Antiaircraft and Antitank Battery equipped with four M3 anti-tank in two Platoons each of two 37-mm antitank guns. The glider regiment has two anti-tank platoons each of four M3 anti-tank guns. These were replaced by British made 6-pounder gun on carriage Mk III during Normandy Landing.
