A-20C Recon is a United States Air unit.
Overview[]
A-20 Havoc was a United States attack, light bomber, intruder, and reconnaissance aircraft of World War II. Created by the Douglas Aircraft Company as the DB-7. The first orders were French Purchasing Commission who were seeking modern aircraft to modernized the Armee de l'Air in the wake of the Munich Crisis. In America service A-20 were used first as a low level ground attack like their Pacific counterparts but German air defense was stronger so units switch to medium level attack.
A-20C was a attempt to standardized all version of the DB-7/A-20/Boston with production starting in 1941. It reverted to the slanting nose glass, and it had RF-2600-23 engines, self-sealing fuel tanks, and additional protective armor.
The Douglas Aircraft's successor and replacement to the A-20 was Douglas A-26 Invader.
This aircraft is the only recon available for the 1st Infantry during the A phase with two cards of a single A-20C.
