ZB-53 is a Romanian Support unit in Steel Division II.

ZB-53 was the standard Romanian heavy machine gun during the World War II. In the Infantry formations MMGs were used in the heavy weapon company's three Machine gun platoons each with four MMGs. In the motorized cavalry regiments of 5 Cavalerie Motorizata and Div. 8 Cav. Purtată, MMGs are in their heavy weapon squadron with 8 MGs.[1]
