Vickers Model 1931 found export success with Romania buying 150 with the first eight batteries produced by Vickers and the rest built in Resita Works. These serve as the primary heavy anti-aircraft gun of the Romanian Army. When war came Romania disregarded the license and produced for their Heavy batteries.
4 Munte and 5 Cavalerie Motorizata were able to call on support of nearby Romanian Air Defense assets.
