SS-Pz.Grenadier is a German Infantry unit in Steel Division II.

Coming into existence in 1942, after changes to motorized and Panzer divisions, the Panzer-Grenadier as a mixed infantry/motorized unit was born. By the time of the Operation Bragation there was no doubt these units, which were in either Pz. or PzG. divisions, were some of the best equipped and trained men that the Wehrmacht had at its disposal.
5. SS-Panzer "Wiking" had two Panzer-Grenadier-Regiments SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 9 "Germania" and SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 10 "Westland". These regiments were recruited from foreign volunteers . SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 10 "Westland" was made up of Dutchmen and Flemings. SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 9 "Germania" third Battalion was the gepanzerte battalion equipped with Halftracks.
11. SS-Fr.-Panzergrenadier "Nordland" two Panzer-Grenadier-Regiments SS-Panzergrenadier-Regiment 23 Norge and SS-Panzergrenadier-Regiment 24 Danmark. These SS-Panzergrenadier-Regiment were motorized. These two regiments were all motorized formations.
