==Background== Romania modernized World War I era 75 mm Krupp md. 1904, 76.2 mm Schneider-Putilov md. 1907 and 75 mm mle 1897 to a standard artillery piece. These serve as the standard artillery piece for the Romanian infantry divisions with two battalions on Odd-Numbered artillery Regiment and another battalion with even-number artillery regiment. [[4 Munte]] instead of being issued mountain guns were equipped with field guns. Divizion 6 Tu.Munte were equipped with this field gun. The training division of [[Corpul VI Teritorial]] were given 4 75mm guns in 1943.<br />
