Magyar Wagon és Gépgyár produced Me 109 for Hungary and Germany with one-third of the production for the former and two-thirds for the latter. With the Allied bombing production was moved to Köbánya Brewery. 173 G-4 and G-6 were accepted in service with the Royal Hungarian Air Force. This one is equipped with R6 modification with MG 151/20 cannon in a gondola under each wing.
