M2 HT is a French Support unit in Steel Division II.

M2 Half track were first developed in 1930s from a mechanized program to allow the infantry to keep with tanks. American Army used the the hull of the M3 Scout (SD2) and the track of T9 half-track truck to create T7 half-track car. This vehicle was given a upgraded engine and became half-track scout car T14. This was standardized as the M2 Half track. M2 Half Track was first deployed in 1941. These were used as Artillery Tractors, Machine Gun Squad transport for the Armored Infantry and served in Reconnaissance units.
Some were lend leased to the Free French Forces.
