'''[[126-y L. Gornostrelkovy Korpus]]''' unlike their Rifle Counterparts which commanded Divisions, the Light rifle Corps were made up of two brigades. '''126-y L. Gornostrelkovy Korpus''' was made up of two brigades 31st Ski Brigade and the 72nd Naval Rifle Brigade.

31st Ski Brigade was the one of the few ski brigades that were created during the winter seasons and disbanded during the spring with the few units serving near Finland. Each brigade should have a Engineer company.
