Cavalry Scouts is a United States Recon unit in Steel Division II, part of the Lucky 13 free Reinforcement Pack.

Unlike the British Reconnaissance Regiment's Assault Troop and the German Panzer-Aufklarungsabteilung's Panzer-Aufklarungskompanie, US Cavalry Squadrons do not have a designated dismounted element. The Cavalry Reconnaissance Squadron, Mechanized has three Cavalry Reconnaissance Troops each with three Reconnaissance Platoons divided between Armored Car Section with 3 M8 and Scout Section of 6 Jeeps three carrying M1919 light machine gun the other three carrying 60mm Mortars.
