6-pdr is a Canada Anti-tank unit in Steel Division II.
Background[]
6-pdr entered Canadian service in 1942 replacing the obsolete 2-pdr in 3rd Anti-tank Regiment RCA and Infantry Battalions Anti-Tank Platoons.
3rd Anti-tank Regiment RCA has three batteries which had two troops of four 6-pdrs and another troop equipped with M10s. Each Infantry battalion Anti-tank Platoon has six 6-pdrs. The Motor Battalion has a anti-tank platoon at the company level.
