Finland after encountering T-34 and KV-1 needed better anti-tank guns. Finland ordered 27 Pak 38 from Germany in 1942.

Panssarijääkäripataljoona of Panssaridivisioona's Jaeger Brigade has a 4th Gun Company equipped with 6 50 PstK/38.

Cavalry Brigade of Ryhmä Raappana also have a gun company equipped with 6 anti-tank guns of this type.
