==Background==
A German [[PaK 40 75mm (SD2)|PaK 40]] in Hungarian service. These were imported to improved the anti-tank capability of the Hungarian troops. 160 were promised in 1942 with licenced production starting in 1943.

A Anti-tank platoon was planned to be equipped with 3 75mm in the Cavalry Battalions along with Bicycle Battalion. Along with Anti-tank company of 9 Anti-tank guns were planed to serve in  Huszár Regiments of [[1. Lovas]].
