R-2 was the Romanian designation for Skoda LT vs 35 from Czechoslovakia with 126 ordered. These serve as the main tanks for 1 Blindata "România Mare" during the invasion of the Soviet Union. After the soviet counter offensive many were lost with the remaining serving in training units being replaced by German equipment. During 1944, R-2 served in ad-hoc armored units.
