Finland ordered 25 FIAT G.50 from Italy before the Winter War. After the Winter War started 10 more were ordered. Two of these were transported by train through Germany but after Germany forbid transport the rest went by boat. During the Continuation War Lentolaivue 26 used Fiat G.50 before switching to Brewster B-239.
