78. Sturm is an Axis Panzer division in Steel Division II. Without a doubt the best and most well-equipped infantry division of the Third Reich.

The Sturmdivision was a prototype organization for what future German infantry divisions were supposed to be, with smaller infantry regiments but lavishly equipped in MP-44 assault rifles, support weapons and guns.

By all means, it was even stronger than a Panzergrenadier division, with a large number of StuGs and anti-tank guns, including its own PaK 43.

Holding the most sensitive sector of Army Group Center, the Moscow-Minsk highway near Orsha, it was even reinforced with a Flak battalion, heavy Nashorn tank destroyers, penal troops, …

Definitively one of the strongest close-quarter and anti-infantry division on the German roaster, it will require more skill to defeat an armor-strong opponent.
