5. Panzer is an Axis Panzer division in Steel Division II. The elite 5th Panzerdivision was call in as reinforcement and thrown as firemen against the Red tide to stem the Bagration offensive.

Battle-hardened and well-equipped with Panthers, even reinforced with Tigers, it is the mightiest and most deadly German division in the sector. Its only weakness resides with its recon element, restricted to infantry scouts due to the heavier half of its recon battalion being away in Germany to receive and train on new vehicles.

A heavy-weight super-champion with a short sight.
