1. Páncélos Hadosztály is an Axis B-grade Armored division in Steel Division II, available in the Men of Steel DLC.
The Hungarian 1. Páncéloshadosztály, or 1st Armored Division, was committed against the Allied Romanian and Soviet forces in Transylvania in September 1944. Reinforced by German SS troops, the formation continued to cover the withdrawal of the Axis nation’s army all the way until the destructive Siege of Budapest. The division contains a range of infantry from regular Kerékpárosok to disheartened Tártalek Lövész and German SS-Reit. Jäger from 22. SS-Freiwilligen Kavallerie-Division. Tanks are mostly of domestic origin, including lighter Toldi II, Turan I and II, while attached StuG III Gs deploy with the Hungarian Ace Barnabás Kőszeghy. The many excellent self-propelled Nimróds are noteworthy, providing the much-needed anti-air defenses as fighter cover is scarce. The 1. Páncéloshadosztály relies on the quantity and speed of its light armored forces and mobile anti-air to succeed on the battlefield.
